做法:
1、虾去虾线,壳背中间开一刀
2-4、放点油,把虾炒红了倒出来
5、在锅里放入大量蒜蓉爆香,倒一堆番茄酱和一点白糖,把酱炒香
6-7、把虾倒回锅里翻炒,加大葱、蚝油和盐(或酱油)调味,翻炒一下然后加料酒焖一会儿
8、出锅!完成了!
