红烧鲫鱼

配料:
鲫鱼 1条、黄酱 1勺、酱油 2勺、料酒 2勺、醋 1勺、姜 1块、黄瓜 适量、精盐 少许、花生油 适量
烹饪步骤:
1.准备好鲫鱼,姜切丝,黄瓜切丝,黄豆酱

2.锅里放油烧热,放入姜丝

3.鲫鱼擦干水分,放入锅里煎制
