这是一句经常听到的名言，告诉我们不要为打翻的牛奶哭泣，因为失去的已经失去了，不如收拾好心情，迎接未来，。不要一味沉溺在过往的悲伤中，从而错过了现在和未来的美好。
miss有“失去，错过”等多重意思，个人觉得，这里翻译成“失去”不太合适，毕竟太阳永远在那里的，无所谓失去。“错过”倒是更为贴切，太阳落山了，就要再等一个晚上才能看到，所以选择了“错过”。
“if……”这个条件语句，有时候不必拘泥地翻译为“如果……就”，或者“如果……那么”，尤其在诗歌里，更不必这么拘束。
