这部剧由《美国众神》作者尼尔·盖曼与《碟形世界》作者特里·普拉切特所著的同名幽默奇幻小说改篇（该小说名称是恶搞恐怖电影《凶兆 The Omen》）。 两位作家斩获了二十余次奇幻文学的头等大奖，写《好兆头》却只是为了让对方大笑出声。原著功力可想而知。 

《好兆头》讲述2018年时末日审判将近，正邪两方招兵买马﹑世界异象频发，敌基督“撒旦之子”现世，天堂地狱之战一触即发。

但是一个挑剔又老好人的天使亚次拉菲尔Aziraphale（Michael Sheen饰）及一个热爱摇滚的恶魔克鲁利Crowley（David Tennant饰）都不想搞事。

他两一直住在地球，成了千年的挚友，过着互相代班摸鱼打发上司的生活，觉得在人间挺舒坦的（譬如人间有寿司、旧书店、潮流音乐和飙车）。

于是两人决定教导年幼的“撒旦之子”放弃毁灭世界。但根本没有人意识到，“撒旦之子”从一开始就被抱错了，现在这个就是个普通人…… 

追剧笔记开始，今天就先介绍三个知识点吧，因为今天还有个公众号没更呢～

1. the daily round

round在这里的意思是“一连串的事情；一系列的事件；一系列活动“，所以the daily round可以表示日常工作；每天的例行工作。

例句：

I get exhausted just by the daily round.

每天的例行工作就已经让我筋疲力尽了。

2. if you ask me

if you ask me

我认为；依我看

If you ask me, people should go on a training course before they become parents.

依我看，想要孩子的人应该先去参加一个培训班。
