减词翻译
如果逐字翻译的话，这个四字词语要翻译成 spirit of partnership，但其实 partnership 这个词本身就含有「精神」的意思，再加上 spirit 就显得比较中式啦。

另外，在中文中还有一些表示范畴的词语，比如「工作」、「水平」、「局面」等，这一些，在英译的时候，往往是可以省略的，比如：
加强国家安全工作。
We must strengthen state security.
开展全民健身运动,提高全民健康水平。
Carry on the nationwide fitness campaign to improve the physique of the entire people.
上文里的「工作」和「水平」是为了和前面的动词相配合，而补足的，在英文中，则不需要再补这样一个名词。
