第一步:土豆去皮后先切成片,再给它切成丝。切土豆丝不需要切的太细,主要是粗细均匀就可以。
第二步:切好后放入清水里,清洗掉多余的淀粉。
第三步:锅中水开,下入土豆丝,加一勺白醋,这样土豆丝才会更加脆爽,烫至30秒即可捞出。
第四步:油热,放葱、蒜、干辣椒煸炒出香味,沿着锅边淋入一勺生抽、一勺陈醋,激发出香味。放入土豆丝调味,加盐、鸡精、白糖提鲜,青椒丝配色,大火翻炒至入味即可出锅。
