Chinese ecommerce exporters bullish on prospects despite Trump中国义乌电商仍看好出口前景
虽然面临美中贸易战、美国退出国际邮政条约以及欧盟打击线上逃税等不利因素，但中国义乌贸易商预计，2019年电商销售仍将保持强劲。
Bullish，看到这个词就不难想到应跟bull有关系：
technical in a business market that is bullish, the prices of share s are rising or seem likely to rise股票行情看涨的，牛市的，相对应的，“熊市”即为bearish;
In the run-up to Christmas, Tao Xin and his team of 200 salespeople in the eastern Chinese city of Yiwu work long hours dispatching the make-up and accessories they sell on Amazon and US ecommerce site Wish.
圣诞节前夕，陶鑫（音）和他的有着200人的销售团队在中国东部城市义乌夜以继日地忙碌着，为他们在亚马逊(Amazon)及美国电商网站Wish上售出的化妆品和配饰发货。
the run-up to sth 是个固定词组：the period of time just before an important event〔重要事件的〕前夕，比如在选举的前夕：in the run-up to the election;
我们经常在网上购物，买家“发货”怎么表达呢：
Dispatch: formal to send someone or something somewhere for a particular purpose派遣；发送，比如有的买家承诺商品拍下后24H内即可发货：The goods will be dispatched in 24 hours.
With 80,000 shops covering an area the size of more than 750 football pitches, Yiwu’s International Trade City has for years attracted foreign retailers stocking their stores for Christmas.
义乌国际商贸城拥有8万家商铺，总面积超过750个足球场，多年来一直吸引着外国零售商前来为圣诞节批量采购商品。
运动场地，我们一般会用field, 这里给我们提供了新的选择:

Stock这里是作为动词使用：to fill something with a supply of something储存，储备， 放到这里就是“备货”的意思；
Now tens of thousands of local vendors receive orders directly from customers online and post the products to them, bypassing overseas retailers entirely. Mr Tao says his team sells products worth up to $3m a month, with an average order worth $10.
如今，成千上万的本地供应商直接从网上接收客户订单，然后将产品邮寄给他们，完全绕开了海外零售商。陶鑫表示，他的团队一个月可以销售价值高达300万美元的产品。
我们常说“绕过”中间商赚差价，这个动词可以用bypass:
V-T If you bypass someone or something that you would normally have to get involved with, you ignore them, often because you want to achieve something more quickly. (为了更快地达成某事而) 不顾， 比如“越级”报告就可以用这个词，言下之意就是绕过自己的直属上司向上报告，比如：
Francis bypassed his manager and wrote straight to the director.弗朗西斯绕过他的经理，直接写信给董事。
Beijing has supported the sector, this year granting Yiwu and about 20 other cities exemption from VAT on cross-border ecommerce exports. The city’s exports of products sold online are on track to reach Rmb30bn ($4.3bn) this year, according to official statistics.
中国政府也支持这一行业，今年出台了对义乌及其他20多个城市的跨境电商出口免征增值税的政策。官方统计显示，今年义乌在线销售的产品出口额有望达到300亿元人民币（合43亿美元）。

“有望…”我们一般用be expected to… 这里则用了on track to… ，也很好理解，就是在路上了，也就是即将实现的事情了；
Internet companies such as Amazon and Alibaba have provided Chinese vendors with training in setting up and running stores, extended credit lines to finance sales and allowed merchants to use their overseas logistics services for rapid delivery.
亚马逊和阿里巴巴等互联网公司为中国供应商提供培训，教它们如何开设和运营店铺，提高了销售融资的信贷额度，并允许商家利用它们的海外物流服务实现快速配送。
首先了解下“信贷限额”的固定表达credit line:
N-COUNT A person or company's credit line is the amount of credit that they are allowed, for example, by a credit card company or a bank. 信贷限额
“提高”信贷额度动词用extend;相对地，“减少”则可以用cut;
But he is upbeat. “The change will not be sudden, so we try to adjust,” he said. For example, he plans to sell more products in emerging markets such as Russia, where China accounted for 91 per cent of international parcel deliveries last year.
但他很乐观。他说：“变化不会突然降临，所以我们会努力调整。”例如，他计划向俄罗斯等新兴市场销售更多产品。去年，俄罗斯的国际包裹投递中有91%来自中国。
“乐观”除了optimistic,还可以用这里的upbeat：ADJ If people or their opinions are upbeat, they are cheerful and hopeful about a situation. 乐观的；
Kingston Logistics in Yiwu has set up warehouses in the US for use by local apparel and small electronics exporters. Manager Cherry Zhang said US consumers were absorbing the costs of tariffs, as there were few alternative countries for sourcing such goods.
义乌的金斯顿物流有限公司(Kingston Logistics)在美国设有仓库，供当地服装和小型电子产品出口商使用。公司经理张冰(Cherry Zhang)表示，美国消费者正在吸纳关税成本，因为能为此类商品供货的其他国家很少。
Source这里是动词：to find out where something can be obtained找出…的来源；找…的货源，比如：
We might be able to source the parts. 也许我们能找出哪里可以买到这些零部件。
