    Bamboo leaves wrapped in glutinous rice and ribs(粽香排骨)

    1】main ingredient(主料):

    ^O^  Pork ribs 500g (猪肋排500g)

    2】Charge mixture(配料):

    ^O^  Glutinous rice 150g(糯米150g)

    ^O^ 10 slices of bamboo leaves (10片粽叶)

    3】Flavoring(调味料):

    ^O^  salt(盐)

    ^O^  aginomoto(味精)

    4】Cooking process(烹饪流程):

    ✔Soak 150g glutinous rice in clear water ahead of time, and soak the leaves in advance.(将糯米提前用清水浸泡,将粽叶提前泡软。)

    ✔Chop pork ribs into pieces and rinse with clear water.(将猪肋排剁成段,用清水冲洗。)

    Marinate the ribs with salt and aginomoto.(把排骨用盐和味精腌入味。)

    ✔Wrap glutinous rice and ribs  with bamboo leaves, and then wrap them tightly with white thread .(用粽叶将大米和排骨包成粽子,然后用白线缠紧。)

    ✔Steam rice dumplings in a cage drawer.(将包好的粽子上锅蒸熟即可。)
