前段时间老家长辈喊我回家抬格子吃蒸肉,我忙于挣米钱,人员安排不过来,没回老家吃蒸肉,所以今年的格子蒸肉就漏掉了。同事小杜家里带来一个好吃的南瓜,我就买了五花肉,自己来做一回蒸肉。
店里条件受限,只能用电饭煲,小打小闹哈!先准备好南瓜,稀广椒,榨广椒,切好五花肉(我刀功不行,五花肉昨天就放冰箱里冻了,今天拿出来好切些)

榨广椒稀广椒都是自家做的,放适量就好,加入料酒,盐,生抽,拌好,静置半个小时左右吧。再把拌好的肉放在南瓜上面,开蒸~

电饭煲蒸~下面放水(和煮饭一起蒸时间不够蒸不熟)
刚好做了几单生意回来闻到香气扑鼻呵呵~看,熟了!

真的很好吃哦!要趁热吃~所以拿出来放了一会儿煮米饭差不多熟了再放进去热一下~

两圈下来~吃光了哈哈~只怪我长了一个土家胃,已经当长辈了,怎么说土家传统的菜肴也要学会传承下去,嗯嗯~这是利己又利人的文化传承!
