食材
鲜活基围虾400克、芦笋400克、柠檬1个、姜1小块、小米椒2个、小葱2颗、花生油适量、料酒适量、生抽适量、盐适量。
烹饪步骤
基围虾摘去头清水洗净,去虾皮虾线,将虾仁用柠檬汁盐料酒腌制十分钟备用,芦笋洗净后切断焯水。
起锅开中火倒入适量花生油,入姜片炸制金黄后捞出,倒入虾仁煸炒变色后倒入生抽加色入味,最后加入芦笋葱段小米椒少许盐开大火翻炒后出锅装盘(不易炒太长时间,以免影响色泽及口感)。一道简简单单的时令菜肴,赏心悦目。
