The whole day was busy and the time was limited ,as i went back by the street of ShuangYushuXili,the memory of today’s lesson has popped into my mind.Therefore i here want to conclude my learning as following parts:

Refers to the wide variety of skills and techniques that teachers use to ensure that their classroom runs smoothly without disruptive behavior from students.

D How and where do we begin?

1)Take time to build relationship with students,get to know your students what are their strength?their challenges ?What are they really into?

2)Investing them as individuals builds trust,and that is the key to successful  classroom management.

3)Integrate social-emotional learning into your day.Teaching your students social-emotional skills builds a cohesive classroom community.

E Quick and easy ways to develop a strong classroom community.

1)Work as a class to create a classroom constitution

2)Everyday after the pledge the Allegiance,have the students to receive the classroom pledge that they created.

1 What is a rewarding system?

A rewarding system is a planned and structured approach to reward one or more persons who act in a desirable way.

2 Why do we use rewarding system?

For teachers:Control class,practice,make class interesting

For students:get motivated

Pay more attention

Questions cultivation

Behave /have fun

3 How to use the system?

Explain the rewarding system

After today’s lesson,i suddenly have the feeling that we as teachers should lead the kids to take an active part in the activities and games.This will give them a kind of relaxing environment and motivate their interests.The more they would like to attend the party,the more a efficient class they will have.

While in class,there are different situations for them to play games.The class has showed the old and new games for us.They are altogether useful when teaching.For example,when the kids don’t pay attention on you,you can give them a flashcard and ask them what is it and then they can be rewarded by sticking toys.

While in class,the class management is also very important.It should be clean enough,it can be the shape that chairs form.

Here are the class management,some macro method that could be used in class:

1 Making your seating plan based on students’ profile.

2 setting classroom expectations and constantly working on them

Rule:

eg:

Come to class on time and be ready to learn.

Have all your learning equipment ready

Listen to the teachers instructions

In silence when someone else is talking

Raise your hand if you have any questions

Respect each other and no rude words in class

3 warnings for poor behavior

10 points in class=1 E---praise reward on school system

3Establishing friendly learning environment and giving some “responsibilities” to students.

4 Clear rewards and sanctions.

All in all,the class management is a key part of the teaching.
