主要是学校的老师只会告诉你要每天不断练习，却没有把最重要的连读和弱读技巧教给你。
所以你练习了很久的听力却没有任何进步，这就是原因所在，不学连读和弱读，练习听力很吃力。

连读
01. 辅音+辅音
如果前一个单词以辅音结尾，后以辅音开头，一般就能连起来。
例如：
1. He likes swimming.
2. I'm used to getting up early.
3. I have five friends.
02. 辅音+元音
如果前一个单词以辅音结尾，后一个以元音开头，一般就能连起来。
例如：
1. In an instant.
2. I'm an actor.
03. 元音+元音（有2种情况）
如果前一个单词以元音：/i/, /oi/, /ai/, /ei/ 结尾，后一个单词以元音开头，一般就能连（中间加过渡音/y/).
例如：
1. I'll see it.
2. We all like sports.
3. Please enjoy it.
如果前一个单词以元音：/u/, /ou/结尾，后一个单词以元音开头，一般就能连起来。（中间加过渡音/w/)
例如：
1. Who is your teacher over there?
2. I have no answers for this question.
3. People are swimming in the blue ocean.

弱读
01. 关于代词的弱读。
代词：he, him, she, her, them, me, you, your等等。
例如：
1. I'll tell him the story.
2. Let me try.
3. Please pick them up after your work.
4. He often helps us.
5. Do your best.
02. 关于动词的弱读。
动词：be, was, are, were, am，does，has, have, can等等。
例如：
1. You are beautiful.
2. It was a village 10 years ago.
3. They were studying in the room at 10 o'clock yesterday.
4. I've meet her in the city before.
03. 关于介词的弱读。
介词：for, from, of, to, at 等等。
例如：
1. Have you ever heard from her?
2. Thanks for your help.
3. It's too late to catch the bus.
04. 关于常见词的弱读。
词汇：and, as, but等等
例如：
1. You and me are students.
2. as soon as possible.
