有她，我是多么的幸运！

2. 为什么这话题？
我不是一个女权主义者。没有人生下来就是一个女权主义者。
但我生下来就是女的。我很高兴我是一位女性。每天清晨醒来我都会为自己拥有的女性特征而感到幸福。
我也可以写写关于“女性和政治”，“女性和创业”，或者“女性和慈善”这些话题。
但是我如今就活在大公司的环境里。（我每天都被问到，做为女性，怎样在大公司成功？在大公司成功，要放弃家庭吗？等等。）
我毫无计划却在大公司里呆了二十多年。
是的，仍然是，我还是个女性。尤其是在国际大公司里，我时时深切感受到自己是个女性这一点。
我被称为一位“女性高管”，一位“女性楷模”，一位“女性领导人”。
对这样的称呼我并不生气。还是你们觉得我应该生气？（譬如，为什么前面要加个女性呢？）
我说过，我喜欢自己是女性。至于做高管，这是多年辛勤付出换来的，也意味着艰苦的工作，我也同样喜欢。
可是同时我也喜欢男人为我开门，注意到我穿什么鞋子，约会时为我买单。
其实我也不介意为男性这么做，尤其是为那些诚恳得体的男士。在这方面我很大方的。
我所拥有的，还有我现在的心态，让我觉得自己幸运。
很多女性朋友却可能没有我这么幸运。我不知道我周围的年轻女性，包括我女儿，她们将来能否有我这样的幸运。
所以我才想做这场对话。
这是一个复杂的话题。

Women and Corporate (2) Why This?
I am not a feminist. Nobody is born a feminist.
I was born a female. I am happy to be one. I wake up every morning feeling happy about my femininity.
I could write about "Women and Politics" or "Women and Entrepreneurship" or "Women and Philanthropy. "
But I breathe in the corporate world.
I have spent over 20 years in it without planning to do so.
Yes, and yet! I am still a female. Especially in corporate.
I am a female executive, a female role model, and a female leader.
Which I am not upset about. Or should I?
As I said, I love being a female. And although it means hard work, I enjoy my work as an executive at DSM.
I also love that men open the door for me, notice the shoes I wear, and pick up the tab on dates.
I don't mind doing that for men either, especially for the ones that are genuine and descent. I am big enough about it.
All this makes me lucky.
Many of us females are not as lucky as me.
I am not sure if the girls I mentor will be as lucky, and if my daughter will be as lucky.
Hence, this dialogue.
And it's very complex.
