You,  poet in exile
Does this beautiful night belong to you?
Does this tender night with a newlywed bride belong to you?
But then there's no moonlight, no flowers, no swans tonight,
my fingers got caught out by the smell of drizzle and grass,
even so, do you get an entire rainy night like this?
Yes, it all belongs to me.
But do not think my love is covered with mildew,
I get nourishment from the air, use sunlight to refine calcium,
my beards are like stiff hairs,
and my love is so reserved as well as the night.
Say! You Bel Ami who's hiding in the night talking to me
pass me your slender hands, I beg of you.
