This egg noodle dessert served at Christmas and special occasions is made with the same basic ingredients as the ever popular Arroz Doce, rice pudding.

7 cups of whole milk

6 eggs

1 and ½ cups of sugar
1.5杯糖
1 teaspoon salt
1茶匙盐
1 cinnamon stick
1根肉桂棒
2 slices lemon peel
2片柠檬皮
1 (12 oz.) package of very fine egg noodles

Preparation
准备:
Pour milk, sugar, salt and cinnamon stick into a large pan and bring it to a boil, stirring constantly.
把牛奶、糖、盐和肉桂棒、柠檬皮混合起来,放在锅里,煮开,煮的过程中要搅拌。
Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a small bowl and slowly blend some heated milk into the eggs and stir. Set aside.
同时,备一个小碗,打蛋,然后慢慢加入一些热牛奶,搅拌,放一边。
Break up the noodles and add them to the boiling milk. Stir constantly until the noodles are cooked and remove from the heat.
把面取出来,打散腼腆,加入煮沸的牛奶里面,搅拌,直到面条煮熟了,然后从火上移开。
Slowly add egg mixture into the cooked noodles and stir.
在面条混合物中慢慢加入鸡蛋混合物,搅拌。
Remove the lemon peel and cinnamon stick.
把柠檬皮和肉桂棒取出来。
Pour the mixture into a large serving platter and let cool completely.
把这些混合物倒在一只大盘里,冷却。
Sprinkle or decorate with cinnamon and serve.
