Finally, the whole basket of cucumbers were sold out. When I looked up, the sun was at the middle of the sky. it shall be noon. I picked up all my stuff and put them on vehicle,then counted today's income-- more than 100 yuan, it's pretty good.

In the early Spring, the market was not good,like a wounded solider who lost his strength. There were only a few people in the market,which made it look very gloomy. the vendors cried loudly for the products, yet still few were attracted.

I walked with my bike along, I knew most of the vendors and said hello to them non-stop.  I was really not willing to look into their eyes,because i could see the burning desire and hope to sell their goods.

At one corner of the market, a mid-age woman was selling toys. In her hand was a small pistal. When she saw me coming to her, she said hurrily"My brother, buy it for your son, it's cheaper now, only15yuan. it will be 20 at Spring Festival"

That was exactly what my son wanted, yet I didn't buy it for him. I put it in my hand,for a long time, at last I put it down reluctantly. In Spring, There are consumptions like fertilizer, pesticides,seeds, ploughing etc. Still I had to pay for children's schooling. Everything costs, So I had to save every penny.

At the end of the market, the meat vendor was crying loudly for his meat. He called everyone nicely, at the same time he patted his pork with his knife“ look, they are fresh and good,buy some!”

All of a sudden, it reminded me of the scene that I dropped by my parents' house, they were having breakfast.There were only a bowl of pickles, two bowls of porriage, and a couple of buns on the table. Even though I haven't that much money, I should give my parents some really delicious food to eat. At the moment, I stopped and bought 20 yuan worth pork and put it in my basket.

When I passed by my parents' house, I carried the pork in. My mother kept saying "no, it's not festival anyway". After a while, seeing my attitude, my mother accepted it finally. I felt relieved suddenly.

At dusk, my son run back from my parents' house saying"Grandpa and Grandma quarrelled" I asked"Why?" My son said" Grandpa complained that Grandma shouldn't accept your pork,and he said there are 2 kids in school.We need a lot of money on many aspects"

When heard this word, tears trickled down my face, I turned around in a hurry. I realized that when a son is incompetent, even he bought the sweetest food for his parents, they would still feel very bitter when they ate it.

At this moment, I heard my son asking my wife"mom, why does dad cry?"
