冬季的夜晚,吃饭总是很纠结,吃多了怕胖,吃少了又解不了馋。如何能既满足嘴又不亏待肚子呢?疙瘩汤当然是首选啦。记忆里的很多个夜晚,妈妈总是做疙瘩汤给我吃。一个大碗放在面前,呲溜呲溜一碗下肚,别提多满足了。
长大之后我学会了自己做饭,所以妈妈不在身边的时候我也能自己做给自己吃。疙瘩汤做起来其实并不难,接下来就让我们小试牛刀吧~
首先准备食材:鸡蛋两个,西红柿一个,面粉一碗,清水若干,酱油少许,盐少许,香油少许。

将鸡蛋打散,西红柿切碎备好待用。将清水一点点倒入面粉中,边倒水边搅拌,切忌一次性倒太多水,那样就成面团了。等碗中的面粉基本上都变成了面疙瘩,准备工作就完成啦。

开火起灶,倒入半锅水,待水开时放入西红柿煮沸。

下入面疙瘩煮沸

待面疙瘩在锅中不断翻滚之时倒入打散的鸡蛋
