以前,鲁菜给我的印象就是山东菜,比较咸、不精致、黑乎乎粘乎乎的,还有山东人比较爱吃煎饼卷大葱。
今天,第一次品尝地道的有着“中国八大菜系”之称的鲁菜海鲜,让我对鲁菜稍微有了一点了解。
鲁菜,分孔府菜、历下菜和福山菜,孔府菜最讲究,福山菜主要是海鲜,历下菜就是济南菜酱香突出。
下面,分享我今天的美食心得。
“油淋鸟贝”~味道独特很鲜美
“安康鱼肝”~比鹅肝嫩滑更健康
“鲜鲅鱼水饺”~很Q无腥味很鲜美
“海鲜疙瘩汤”~味道鲜美量很足
“堂蒸海鲜拼盘”~贝壳类就是鲜
“特大海胆芙蓉”~吃了还想吃
