冬天常吃柑橘,不仅有利身体健康和保暖,还能减肥!

    伊朗柑橘

    根据伊朗传统医学认为在冬季食用温性水果如柑橘,可控制在寒冷季节的体温。建议在寒冷季节多食用温性食物好,可以改变人体的温度。

    柑橘具有清凉的特点,对于普通的感冒、哮喘、止渴都是很好功效。另外,还促进胃肠等器官蠕动,也是减肥的人的不错选择。柑橘也能利尿,对肾脏系统也很好。

    According to the Iranian traditional medicine, consumption of tangerine and other citrus fruits which have wet and cooling characteristics, control body temperature in cold seasons.

    Foods with warming characteristics are mostly used during cold seasons and citrus like tangerine modifies the warmth of body.

    Tangerine, with cooling characteristic, is great for common cold and asthma and thirst.  

    The fruit decreases the extra warmth of stomach and liver and is a good choice for those who want to lose weight.

    Tangerine is also diuretic and is great for renal system as well.
