食 材
平菇 500克、花椒粉 适量、白胡椒粉 适量、盐 少许
鸡蛋 3个、面粉和绿豆淀粉 6:4

做法
处理平菇。买回来的平菇,在淡盐水中浸泡20分钟,洗净。手撕成左图形状备用。

配料准备 鸡蛋打匀,加入白胡椒粉、花椒粉、面粉和淀粉搅匀

起锅水中放入鸡粉、盐大火烧开下平菇条焯8成熟。捞出凉凉攥干水分备用。

挂浆 。平菇放入蛋液裹浆

煎炸 。起锅放油,不必太多,油温再6成左右,放入挂好浆的平菇炸至定型,捞出。将油温升高至9成,二次复炸使其表面金黄色即可
