《Gardening 园艺》 剧情概述:

小猪佩奇和乔治在爷爷奶奶家玩。

佩奇不知道爷爷在忙什么，原来爷爷在种种子。

爷爷解释到，挖个洞，把种子放进去，然后填上泥土，再浇水就好了。种子会长成小树，小树会长成大苹果树。

正说着，一个苹果掉到了猪爷爷的头上。爷爷咬了一口，里面就看到苹果的种子。

佩奇看了很开心，也想要种东西，猪爷爷提供了草莓种子。

于是，佩奇挖了洞，将草莓种子放了进去，随后盖上土，并浇了水。大家一起耐心地等草莓生长。

等了好一会，草莓一点动静也没有，佩奇很失望。猪爷爷提醒佩奇要很耐心。这时候，猪妈妈来招呼小家伙们回家。猪爷爷答应帮忙照顾草莓，佩奇才依依不舍地和爷爷、草莓道别。

过了十几天，猪爷爷发现草莓长了出来。佩奇和乔治又来玩了。

小家伙们看到长出来的草莓，格外开心，觉得草莓特别好吃。

佩奇想再种点什么，爷爷觉得这次可以让乔治来选。

佩奇想说服乔治种胡萝卜，但是乔治拒绝了。

只看到他开心地挖了个大洞，然后把恐龙先生放进去，随后又拿水壶来浇水。

佩奇觉得乔治真傻，恐龙才不会长在树上呢。

大家都哈哈大笑了。

Narrator (N):　Peppa and George are playing at Granny Pig and Grandpa Pig's house.

Peppa: Grandpa! Catch! Catch!

Grandpa:What's this?

George: Dine-SaW! Grrrrr! A dinosaur!

Peppa: Grandpa,What are you doing?

Grandpa: I'm planting these seeds.

Peppa: Seeds? What do seeds do?

Grandpa: Seeds grow into plants. Ijust make a little hole and put the seed in. Then I cover it with earth and water it. Everything in my garden grows from tiny seeds like these.

Peppa: Even the big apple tree?

Grandpa: Oh! Yes! This tiny seed... willgrow into a little apple tree, like this.

Peppa: Oooh.

Grandpa:  And that little apple tree will grow into abig apple tree like this.Ouch! Mmmm ! And inside this apple are more seeds.

Peppa: To make more apple trees!

Grandpa: Exactly!

Peppa: Grandpa! Grandpa! I want to plant a seed!

Grandpa: Would you like to plant a strawberry seed?

Peppa:Yes, please!

N: This seed will grow into a lovely strawberry plant.

Peppa: First, make a little hole. ThenI put the seed in and cover it with earth.

Grandpa: Shall I water it for you?

Peppa: No! No! I want to water it.

Grandpa: Good! Now we wait for it togrow.

N: Peppa and George are waiting for the seed to grow.

Peppa: It's not doing anything!

Grandpa: You will have to be patient,Peppa. It will take a long time to grow.

Mummy: Peppa! George! It's time to go home.

Peppa: But we're waiting for my strawberry plant to grow! I wanted strawberries for teas.

Grandpa: Don't worry, Peppa. Next time you come, the seed will have grown into a plant.

Peppa: And we will have strawberries!

Grandpa: Yes.

Daddy: Come on, Peppa.

Peppa: Bye bye, Grandpa. Bye bye,strawberry.

N: Grandpa Pig looks after Peppa'sstrawberry plant.

After many days, Grandpa Pig finds a tiny plant growing.

Day by day, the plant grows bigger and bigger.

Then one day, Grandpa Pig finds something very special.

Grandpa: Strawberries!

Peppa: Grandpa!We're back!

N: Peppa and George have come to play again.

Peppa: Grandpa! Grandpa! Did my plant grow?

Grandpa: Yes! Look!

Peppa: Oooo! Strawberries! Thank you,Grandpa! Grandpa, can we plant something else?

Grandpa: Yes! Now, it's George's turn to choose.

Peppa: Yes!You choose, George.Choose... a carrot! Grandpa, I think George wants to grow a carrot.

Grandpa: George, Would you like togrow a carrot?

George: No!

Grandpa: What would you like to grow?

N: George has thought of something he wants to grow.

George: Dine-Saw!

N: George wants to grow a dinosaur tree!

Peppa: SiIIy George! Dinosaurs don't grow on trees.

George: Dine-saW. Grrrrr....

1. 小猪佩奇一家经常会去看望爷爷奶奶。佩奇和乔治除了可以从爸爸妈妈身上学习到生活需要的技能之外，还能从爷爷奶奶身上学习到另一些技能，比如种菜、养小鸡等。

- 俗话说，家有老人，如有一宝。

当孩子的爸妈被现代的忙碌生活所困时，老人家能为孩子提供的欢乐更加难能可贵。如果可以，每周或者隔两周，让孩子到乡下的爷爷奶奶家，看看小鸡是怎么孵出来，菜是怎么种出来的。

乡村生活能激发孩子的好奇心，让孩子产生极强的学习动力。

这样贴近大自然的生活，也会让孩子对于生活有更多的体验。

2. 佩奇决定种草莓的时候，猪爷爷问她需不需要帮忙。佩奇则是自信地表示，她能自己搞定，不需要帮忙。随后，猪爷爷就是安静地陪伴，看佩奇开始她的种植体验。

- 生活中的每一种体验都是培养孩子自信的机会。开始初，家长可以先确认一下孩子需不需要帮忙。

当孩子才1-3岁时，可能会需要父母/长辈的各种帮忙。

随着年龄的增长，他们会有自己动手的想法。每当孩子有这些表示的时候，那就信任孩子，让他们自己动手，只要确保他们是安全的，且不会在过程中伤害自己和别人就可以。

3. 当佩奇表示还想种些什么的时候，爷爷建议，这次让乔治来选。

-  孩子的成长过程中，需要有对自我的认同感。当年纪稍长的佩奇会提各种要求时，还不会说话的乔治内心里也是期待表达的。

爷爷在这个时候让乔治来选择，就是给予乔治恰当的关注，这是培养乔治自信和认同感的好方式。

即使乔治选择种恐龙，爷爷并没有阻止，而是由乔治开心地种恐龙。让孩子自由地尝试，孩子的成长才最充分。

家长需要做的，只是确保孩子的安全。只要在这个范围内，让孩子愉快地尝试和体验吧。
