1. pull over
pull over的意思是（车辆）驶到路边，其实就是靠边停车。
（不由得想起被科目二支配的恐惧！）
例句：
Just pull over here, and I'll get out and walk the rest of the way.
就在这儿停车吧，剩下的路我下车自己走。
2. hang on
短语有这两个意思：
①稍等一会儿
Sally's on the other phone - would you like to hang on?
萨莉正在接另一个电话，你能等一会儿吗？
Do you need the toilet right now or can you hang on for a while?
你现在就要上厕所还是能再等一会儿呢？
Hang on a minute - I'll be with you in a moment!
等一下——我马上就来！
②紧握，抓住
Hang on tight - it's going to be a very bumpy ride.
抓紧点——后边的路会很颠簸。
