天气满满的热了起来,路边的花儿都开啦!
这个温暖的周末,做一份可可蔓越莓蛋奶挞,我们带着去赏花吧~
--用料--
蛋奶挞皮:低筋粉80g、黄油35g、糖粉10g、鸡蛋
馅:淡奶油30g、蛋黄、糖5g、蔓越莓
--做法--
1.黄油软化,与低筋粉用手搓匀

2.加入蛋清和可可粉揉捏混合

3.加入蛋黄

4.揉成面团

5. 搓成细条

6.取2/3细条盘于模具中压平

7.剩余面条擀成模具大小的片平铺压紧,入烤箱上下火175度10分钟定形

8. 非常酥,要小心取出

9.将蛋黄与淡奶油混合,加入2滴柠檬汁搅拌均匀,蛋液过筛一次

10.把蔓越莓切碎加入过筛后的蛋液,再加糖搅拌均匀

11.倒入挞皮中央,175度上火10-15分钟

12.出炉变温时筛少许糖粉,在蛋奶除淋少许蜂蜜即可

--小贴士--
1.鸡蛋我用的小个土鸡蛋,一只大约35-40g左右。
2.如是较硬蔓越莓干可提前用朗姆酒稍作浸泡。配料可做小派模一个。
