首先把苦瓜的两头切掉,从中间刨为两半,扣掉中间的芯子洗净后切为薄片用适量盐拌匀腌制一会、蒜切片、西红柿切块、葱切葱节。再打两个鸡蛋调匀放入锅里用油煎成饼状再用锅铲捣成小块装盘备用。锅里放油烧热后放入蒜片、苦瓜翻炒至苦瓜快熟时加入西红柿、葱节、适量蚝油翻炒起锅。这样炒出来的苦瓜基本没有苦味了,变得清香爽口,配上红黄绿相间,成为一道色香味俱全的经典家常菜。亲爱的朋友们,不知道看着这么一道色彩斑斓又好吃的菜,你们动心了没有呢?
