1、备料:豆腐1块,红椒1个,青椒1个,蚝油,甜面酱,生抽,老抽少许,辣椒粉,孜然粉,熟白芝麻少许;

2、豆腐冲洗沥干水分,切成约1cm厚的片,青椒、红椒切小粒备用;

4、用叉子在豆腐正反面浅浅划几下,方便入味,正反面刷上刚刚调好的酱汁,将豆腐平摊在微波炉托盘上;
