早上7:30在饭堂吃自助早餐,吃了相当多的生菜、6条瘦肉肠粉、一小盒酸奶,吃得饱饱的,貌似肠粉拿多了。
工作时勤快些,融运动于劳动中。
中午在家吃午饭,先用蔬菜填满大部分胃内空间,差不多饱了之后,才吃了几小片瘦肉,最后净吃两三口白饭。
午睡后去上班,有走动的机会和时间,就勤快地自然地走动走动。
晚餐时在饭堂吃了很少量的花菜、几小块白切鸡(皮油骨丢弃),两三口白饭,未有饱的感觉。下班回到家后,和家人一起吃晚餐,我净吃蔬菜。
这样的一天,自我感觉非常的舒适,没有忍饥挨饿的感觉。
我减肥的目的,是降低身体患某些疾病的机率,依据现代医学理论。

Go to work after a nap, have the opportunity and time to move around, and walk around naturally and diligently.
At dinner, I ate a small amount of cauliflower in the dining hall, a few small pieces of white-cut chicken (discarded with oily bones), two or three white rice, not feeling full. After returning home from work, I had dinner with my family. I ate vegetables.
This day, I feel very comfortable and have no feeling of being hungry.
The purpose of my weight loss is to reduce the chances of my body suffering from certain diseases, according to modern medical theory.
