现摘的艾草洗净煮烂捞起打成浆,揉入面粉,擀饺子皮,阵阵清香扑面而来,再包成饺子,真真诱人呐。
饺子皮用料:400克面粉、艾叶草120克、盐2克、食用碱1克;
饺子馅:夹心肉300克、榨菜一小袋,鸡蛋一只、油、盐、姜末适量。

1、艾草叶洗净,锅中水烧开,再放入艾叶煮开,然后把艾叶捞起来放料理机中,加1克食用碱,打成浆(浆液230克),放点食用碱艾叶不会变黄;

2、将艾浆放入面粉并加入2克盐,先用筷子搅拌成面絮状,再揉成的面团;
